"Surprisingly helped with the smoke smell"
I booked them because one room had a stubborn smoke smell that just wasn’t going away. I wasn’t totally sure it would make much of a difference, but they did get most of it out fairly quickly. It wasn’t perfect right away, and I could still notice it a bit the first day, but after airing the room out, it was definitely a lot better.

Had to get something sorted through the warranty, and while it did take a bit longer than I’d hoped, it got handled in the end. Overall, not too bad.

"Quiet enough for us, even if I over-worried"
I was the one stressing about the noise before we bought it, so I’ll take the blame for making it a bigger deal in my head. It’s been quiet overall. You can hear it a little when it first kicks on, but it’s not loud or irritating. At night, it hasn’t bothered us at all, which was my main concern. It’s not completely silent, so I’d say 4 stars, but I’m happy with the noise level.

"Actually helped with the dog dander"
I bought this because my dog sheds like it’s his full-time job, and I was getting that itchy nose/constant sneeze thing every evening. After about two weeks, I started noticing the air felt cleaner, especially in the living room where his bed is. I’m picky about little stuff, and I could tell there wasn’t as much dust collecting on the TV stand and the dark side table, which usually shows every single speck. It’s not magic, I still vacuum a lot and there’s definitely still fur around, but it made enough of a difference that I’m glad we got it

"Kind of confusing to find stuff"
I tried using the site, but I kept getting turned around. Like, I’d click around thinking I was close, and then somehow I’d be somewhere else completely. Maybe it’s just not laid out in a way that makes sense to me, but I couldn’t really find what I needed without feeling lost.

I bought this for my living room sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the coverage just isn’t as strong as I expected. It seems to work okay if I’m sitting close to it, but the corners of the room don’t feel much different at all. It’s not terrible, but for the price I thought it would do a better job

I tried it hoping it would take care of the mildew, but umm, it really didn’t seem to help much. The mold came back fast, so I was disappointed

I got my order from Greentech, and the build quality is good. The parts feel sturdy and not cheap, which I definitely appreciate. That said, I did feel a little misled based on what I expected from the listing or description. There’s also one small edge that could’ve been finished better. Overall it seems well made, but I wish everything had been a bit clearer upfront

"Pretty decent for the money"
I’d say greentechenv.com was generally good for the price. The service was easy enough to figure out, and the pricing seemed fair-ish compared to a few other places I looked at. It wasn’t totally perfect since I did have to wait a little while for a response, but overall I’m happy enough with it and would probably use them again

I had a rough experience with their tech support. I reached out about a setup problem and it took a lot longer than I expected to get anything that was actually helpful.

When they finally replied, it felt like they skimmed my message at best. Maybe they were overloaded or just using a standard response template, but I got the usual copy-paste instructions and none of it fixed the issue.
I ended up having to figure out most of it on my own, which was frustrating. For a company that deals with technical stuff, I expected the support to be a lot more hands-on.

I gave it a few weeks because everyone says you have to be patient with these things, but i felt like I was just forcing myself to wait for a difference that never really showed up. The dust and smells didn’t change much at all. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not worth it for me.

I was really hoping this would make a difference, but my asthma still kept acting up and my allergies barely changed. I’m just tired and kind of mentally drained from trying stuff that doesn’t really help.

I’d give it 3 stars. The energy efficiency claims seem reasonable overall, and the information is helpful enough to get a basic idea. That said, I wish the savings were explained with clearer numbers instead of feeling a bit vague. Before fully trusting it, I’d want to see more concrete details

"Setup really tested my patience"
Getting this installed was way more annoying than it needed to be. The instructions were confusing, and I kept having to stop, guess what they meant, then try again like I was being forced to practice patience. By the time it was finally set up, I was already over it. not worth the headache for me

It works fine most of the time, and I mostly forget about it when it’s doing its job. What I do remember, though, is having to mess with the maintenance more often than I expected, which gets a little annoying.

"Definitely helped with the dust!!!"
I gave greentechenv.com a try because the dust in our house was seriously driving me nuts!!! It felt like I’d wipe down the tables and then, somehow, there it was again... After a few weeks, I actually started noticing less dust around the vents and on surfaces, which was a nice surprise!!
It’s not like the dust magically disappeared completely or anything, but cleaning does feel easier now, for sure!!! Setup was straightforward too... no major problems, no weird hassle, just got it going and let it do its thing!!

"Decent help, just a little slow to respond"
I reached out with a question and it took longer than I was hoping to hear back. To be fair, they did eventually respond and gave me the answer I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. My take is that the support itself is fine, but the wait makes it feel a bit less smooth. A quick update while waiting would’ve made a big difference...

"Quick shipping, timing could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a few parts from greentechenv.com the shipping was faster than I expected. I got the tracking email the next day, and it actually updated like it was supposed to, which I always appreciate.

The box showed up in about 3 days and everything was packed fine, no dents, no missing little pieces or anything. I’m only knocking off a bit because the delivery window was kind of vague, but overall it was a smooth order.

"Returning it has been such a hassle"
I sent this back weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my refund. Am I wrong for thinking that’s way too long? I’ve been trying to be patient, but the whole return process has been really frustrating.
